I am 20 and have been a male size 10 (female 12-13) for a few years. Size 11F became a tight squeeze. Have my feet stopped growing? God I hope so! O perish the thought because some of my fave size 12F pairs are  discontinued!

Your body doens't officially stop growing until you reach the age of 25 for men and the age of 21 for women. It is possible to continue growing until the age of 27-30 for men and the age of 25 for women. Sorry.... this is a fact ;)

And in my late 30s I learned I needed to go up a half-size in shoes. Apparently although your feet stop growing, over time gravity causes them to flatten out a little, causing them to become a bit wider and longer.

Sorry... :(
