Would love to have them but on a 140 pound 6 foot frame would look like the Grand Tetons in the middle of Death Valley. Besides, no room in the closet for implants. They are a bit permanent.;)

Of course I've thought about it...for decades...LOL.
When I finally came out to my wife one of the things we agreed on was no hormones and no implants....but a girl can still dream can't she??

Think about it all the time! Talked with a surgeon about it and it would cost between 5k to 7k, that slows me down. I wanted about 300cc's to give me c cup. I have no idea what an SO would think some might like it others well its going to be a real individual thing.

I have been working on mine for about two years now. Exercise, breast pump, and some herbs. Very little results but
enough to notice and the wife doesn't seem to bother about it to much. Our relationship remains as great as ever after
48 years together. Just hope I can finally reach a "B" cup some day.

Well, I can certainly understand why many people get them, but I wouldn't, even though I would love to have a great pair of breasts. As a long time admirer of the female bosom, I find that most implanted breasts tend to look just like that-- a chest with two plastic bags in it. I love the appearance of natural breasts and would love to have some of my own, but that's a different story. I think I'd spend the big bucks on a pair of Real Breast forms before getting implants. They look about as realistic and you can take them off if you want.

Have I had the "real breasts" fantasy? Of course! Long ago, tho. Now, I realize how silly and impractical having only one size of breasts is! What if I want to imitate Dolly Parton? Or, Charlize? Or, that slim model in the magazine add?

Heck, I've got more than 5 sizes of breast forms! And, I use them all. Real breasts? Only one size? Wouldn't work for me!

I can so totally relate to this!

Although I only have 2 sizes of forms, the collection is likely to grow. :)

Thought yes. But I agree, I have the DD for heavy duty work, and have the B for a more petite outfit.

I wanted them, my wife wanted me to have them, so I grew 32B's back in the day (this on a 30" 6' 135# frame) so they were both perky and prominent. If it is indeed your "fantasy" then get some forms and glue them on...and don't buy the remover. If you can live with them, then get some "installed" and enjoy them

I'd rather hope mine grow more on their own if anything, but not too big due to potential back issues, ect...
Besides, I'd rather save up for electrolysis - facial hair can just burn in hell.

Keeping in mind you'd have to be comfortable with them 24/7, if you're just a crossdresser that may be a problem.

Maybe you could get some that pump up. So when you want a male chest it is deflated and then add 60 lbs of air for Dolly Parton size. Wouldn't that make life easy.

Better question is who hasn't thought about it? And why the hell haven't you? Lol.

Not only did I think but I acted. 6 months of HRT until my spouse put a stop to it. 6 months of HRT only gave me a fat as% but nothing else. Real breast are only in my dreams.

Dreaming is fine, but I don't want to burn bridges and not have an easy way back. Implants can be removed, but not without going under the knife.

Crossdressing is enough for me if I want to keep the family intact. I've purged several silicone enhancers, but haven't splurged on any this go around. Forms would be a better solution for those of us maintaining a CD status. I've never had forms, but agree that a small collection of different sizes could allow for different presentations. But that means buying more bras. LOL

i would have perky "c's" is a heartbeat, my issue is the chest hair, don't think a nice pair would look so good covered with hair. my lady friend would like me to have them too, she likes my look but would like to have breasts to play with in bed. as far as size, i want to stay with one size, my look is good with a c cup.

i believe plastic surgery is wrong accept to fix some kinda mutation cleft or accident i fell that their are alternatives and taking a unnecessary risk on your life isn't worth it but i do believe that if this is something that could make your life better or as a result of some kinda cancer breast operations are an exception i dont believe i would ever have one but i do think this is something people do and in some cases it makes them happier so it can go both ways good and bad.

I've thought about it briefly before, but I am still a guy, and I do like that fact... Most of the time ;)

I personally wouldn't want to do anything to my body that would permanently modify it like having breast implants would.

Although I have considered electrolysis on my facial hair, but I don't like that in guy mode either...

Men's chests don't have the development of natural breast tissue to make implants a practical option that solves issues of not having breasts.

Personally I prefer natural breasts on GG's but more than that, a woman that has breast implants really turns my head away.

I wouldn't want to look like I had water balloons sticking out of my chest.

Sorry to be blunt but someone had to offer a dissenting opinion.

I understand transsexuals wanting, needing, and getting breasts.

But I've always been puzzled with CDers who say they do. I'm assuming that most CDers who say this are not living full time, and so how does one explain away breasts on a male body?

Or, is it just fun to wish for breasts without actually planning on getting them?

Most advice is hormones for a while to build up some natural 'padding' so there is something to fit the implants into and look reasonably natural.

Some people have a fair amount some natural fat which might be enough though.

Given my skinny frame I'll have to go the HRT route first.

I've thought about implants over the years. I wish I could get them but it is only a fantasy. My life at home and my work would totally make this dream impossible. I'd love a pair of DD's. A girl can dream, can't she?

Having my own breasts is a daily thought and dream! The only thing that stops me is $$$'s. My SO would want to make sure that I was sure, but would be supportive if I were to pursue it. As for size, I would go for something "frame appropriate" - probably between a very ample B and a full C.

Breast forms sizes may give you your best option to determine which cup size implant you would feel the most confortable with, since the implant surgery is expensive you want to be sure the cup size is what you will want to live with. Sounds exciting if you can go through with them.

It takes months for implants to heal and they don't feel like the real thing. 450cc will give you about a 38D. 500cc will give you about 38DD.

I agree Reine. When a CD starts talking implants and non reversible treatments (IE: HRT, etc) it is time to make an appointment with a medical and psychological professional to begin exploring SRT,because you are moving from the realm of a CD to a MTF TS. Otherwise, it's like the dog that chases the car, if he catches it, he can't drive it. Just my two cents worth.

Living in both genders is a real problem when it comes to breasts. I'd love Tina to have identifiably real breasts, but my male self would not be pleased. It's just one of the compromises we're stuck with if we are going to spend a lot of time in both genders. If I were going to spend most of my time as Tina, that would be a different story! :)

If you're looking to blend in why would you want gigantor-mega boobs?
I think a reasonable size would work better for passing, and for your back right?

Personally, I'd like my existing boobs to be a bit bigger but not to the point where I can use them as a coaster...

I recently "played with the idea" just to see..lol I had saline injections[3 in each boob] just to see what boobs without my forms would be like. It was great fun to have my own boobs filling out my bra covered by a red leotard. Went right out to eat afterwards to "test the waters". This isn't for everyone, but it was fun while they lasted! [36 hrs] And I would have implants if I were able to,but they would be impossible to hide! lol

I have often thought about breast implants. When I wear my forms, I love not only the way they feel, but the way I feel. What I don't like is the total artificiality of them, ie the way they look without a top on due to the lack of cleavage. Plus I would to be able to run my hands over my breasts nd watch how the move and hang when I lean forward.

So after all of that, I think I would ideally get somewhere in the neighborgood of 500cc implant for a net set of 38 D/DDs. But realistically speaking I would probably most likely get some to give me a great set of Bs to start.

We can't explain them away. But as the song says... "A Dream is a wish your heart makes".
I think most of us would love to have our own breasts, but realize the reality that without going full time it's an impractical solution.

I've thought about it but only in the abstract, knowing it was a fantasy. The truth is, I'm a crossdresser and need my male time as much as I need the female time, so attachable forms work to meet those needs. Implants would compromise that balance, so it's best left as a fun fantasy and nothing more.

I have thought about it often, even asked the wife to buy me the surgery for a Xmas present. I have pretty nice boobs already but would love to at the very least get a breast lift to pull everything in and up. I use tape now and have 38C breast's with great cleavage but would like a little more and not to have to use the tape.

This is the first instance I have seen about saline injections in breast augmentation.
When I was younger and more stupid a couple of medical student friends got me to do the same thing.
I was a 98lb weakling and well suited for the experiment. I made an attractive female. They wrote a paper on the affects for their course and I think it was a fore runner to the injectable silicon experiments that were carried out in later years.
They gave me a good 32b boob but stretching the skin made them sting a little. The stinging and itching subsided and the lasted for about 5 days.
I was a little concerned as I was on holidays and needed to be a man again.
I stayed 32a for about 4 weeks. At least I was able to cover up then.
My girlfriend thought it was great. Mind you I did not think think the experience was unpleasant.

The saline injections would be a temp way of experiencing having boobs I guess. Watched a vid on youtube where a TS has each of her breasts hooked up to an intravenous saline drip. Went from a C to a D+ They looked pretty good. But she had breasts to start with.

Either way, the thought of having a wacking big needles stuck in me...hmmm think I'll pass and make do with what I have...now where is that training bra...

I have considered them but I think the only way I would get them is if they were adjustable. One size isn't right to echo docrobbysherry and I have to maintain a male appearance as well so they would definitely have to be "adjustable" . . . from empty to quite full. And as a crossdresser not a good fit due to them usually being permanent.

I've been on HRT for about 2 months now and have larger nipples and some definite addition of fatty breast tissue...My wife asked yesterday if I was wearing a bra..I had on a new snug fitting tank top I had just bought...She swore I was wearing a bra...I had to go up to her and show her that I wasn't. Food for thought...Rather pleasant....Love my tender nipples....Jackie

Have you been taking hormones most of your life (and count among those who actually do develop breast tissue)? Or do you have gynecomastia?

Men with developed chests also have enough material to fit into a bra, although male breasts don't look like women's breasts. Gynecomastia on men is not uncommon, although female looking breasts (on men) are.

We're not allowed to post pics or links to nude breasts here, but do a google image search for gynecomastia, and then search female breasts to compare. I'm saying that men who get breast implants to look like female breasts will have a difficult time explaining themselves to people.

We had CD & wife couple join here some years ago. He did get breast implants (can't remember if they were saline or silicone). He desired this more than anything else and his wife supported him. She came into the forum about 8-12 months after surgery and sought advice on how to help her husband. Apparently, he became embarrassed to go out in male mode. He wore nothing but loose shirts, it was very difficult for him in warm weather, and he became depressed and somewhat of a recluse. He wasn't transsexual.

I have thought about having a girl implant often, I mean transitioning. But unless I was going to fully transition I would not fool with my body, including herbs, HRT or what have you to get my breasts to grow. I choose health above all else.

While i have not writting alot I do come in to see others comments, Regarding this subject matter. i wrote about 2 yrs ago my husband who crossedressed frequently decided to have his enlarged. After some research he found a PS and had it done. Need to think about reality, soon the thrill wore off and he was hit with having to explain himself to everyone which gets old fast. Felt very self concious in alot of situations, it was a difficult adjustment for him to get over. After 2 yrs while alot of issues he has over come it still comes up at times. Like going to a wedding or events, when he does not want to cause any attention to his, has to wear sportbras or mimimizers and larger oversize shirts and or jackets to hide them. Obviously with warmer weather it becoomes more difficult , we have broached the subject many times and I even told him if he wanted to have them removed that would be OK with me, he can be stubborn though When he is "dressed"
he really enjoys showing them off but for the rest of the time not so much. I would say that if you arent goin gto live full time better off getting forms, as straddling both sides of the fense can be very challenging.

Well, first of all, I am new here and I have a different situation. I have natural ,(sort of) 44d breasts, had to take estrogen for a medical problem and this was a side effect. I have since teens yrs, played with cross dressing.
since my breasts have grown the last several yrs. My wife noticed and said maybe you should wear a bra. That made it fairly easy to start cross dressing more. I definitly am not passable. As far, as I go, is...... wearing the bra (which I do almost 24/7) i do wear the bra and panties in public, and lingerie in bed with the wifes approval and she does buy for me. I may not be considered a true cross dresser as I dont plan on using makeup or wearing dresses in house or out. By the way I am in my 60's and have been married 42 yrs.
