Last night - early eveing my wife and I just got back from the gym sat down and ate. About 7pm I said I was going to take a shower and noticed my g-son napping in his room; well I really wanted to get dressed and as I finished showering I heard the front door shut--- Ok he's left to hang out with his friends Sooo I'll just put on something comfy, and pretty, paint toe nails - oh and a little make up and try on a neckless that I like Well I know its the same outfit as before
but it's how I looked. I went into the living
room and let my wife have a look-see - told her
I had on her new jeans (size 6) fit perfect ,yeah 180239

I know, I won't wear 'em without asking.
My blouse was open showing a purple camie
because it's a little tight but she said it looked
better closed,......OK
After watching TV and asking if (hoping) if maybe she would go with me to the casino:)
She didn't say no but instead said you better go change before g-son comes back. Ah he won't be back for a while and ........door opens:eek: I made a quick exit out the kitchen door to go in the bedroom door ....but it was locked !!!! Oh well he has seen me before dresses - just diden't know it was a reoccuring event--guess he does now!:o I came back in and said "just having some fun" he was like er ah Ok no big deal.

Anyway it felt really good just to spend a little time at home dressed........................Debra

This is exatly the #1 reason most wives are so afraid to have their husbands dress around the house. It is just too easy for any friend or family to suddenly show up.

Debra how did your wife handle it? what did she say later? You think it felt odd for you, try putting yourself in her place wondering what your grandson thinks about her allowing you to to this.

Well g-son knew , just hadn't been exposed to it only once - wife didn't care and no big deal , really just a surprise for the moment;would have been more tramatic otherwise and I usually don't get to dress around the house very much - this just sort of happened.......................Debra
