there are to tg meeting over the next two week ends i really what to go to them. i have been to one as paul.heres the big BUT i have never been out side dressed up or been seen by anyone (apart from my cats).i know that they will not judge me in any way but i still find it very hard / next to impossible to go. all the same feelings and more are running round in my head. things like
do i need to go (yes)
do i what to go (yes)
will it be ok (don't know)
by going dressed will it make this part of my life full.

how do you feel the first time out.

Nervous, scared and overwelmed! Then you realize that no one is laughing at you and you loosen up and enjoy it! Get-r-done! You will be glad you did it! Hugs!

It's all part of getting out for the first time. The nerves will calm down in minutes after arriving. I remember my first meeting. lmao I was sweating buckets!!! Took about 15 minutes after arriving to settle in. It really was a fun might out, so get out there.

The first time out is always the toughest. So many "what ifs" that you feel your brain will explode. We have all gone through this our "first time out". None of us knew what would happen when we stepped out into the world, but we put our heels on held our heads high and stepped out there. You can do it girl.

First time out was one of the scariest yet rewarding things I ever did.
I couldn't wait to do it, then second guessed myself for the first hour or so, then started to relax and enjoy it, then didn't want the day to end.
If you have the opportunity and the safe haven to go to, then I would suggest you do it.

Just dress down ,,Maybe a little light makeup ,, Jeans ,, An go for the first time an test the waters . Then if ya feel it ,,, An all is well ,,Break out the big Gunns ,, Good excuse to go shopping !!! Waittttttt a min ,,, Shopping ? Ill get my purse !!!

The absolute first time out is as scary as hell!
Curiosity got me to do it a second time.:)
