Do a Google search for TG Today. It's a Transgendered website by a TG Girl in St. Louis. She lists all kinds of TG Friendly places there. Hope this helps

I know it's a little late for this post but the area called the Grove has a lot of good bars/clubs that are gay/bi/tg/ts/cd friendly. We love going down there and pride was a blast this year.
