While at a business lunch meeting today while dressed 100% drab (dress shirt, slacks and brown loafers), the waitress asked me if I would like a drink refill. In my usual soft polite voice I said " Yes please"; then she said " What are you drinking Ma'am?" I looked at my colleague and asked him "Do I need a haircut?" and chuckled. The waitress turned red and stammered an apology, but I told her "Don't worry about it young lady, I'm not". But really I was smiling so big inside. I think Deanna is BACK!!!:battingeyelashes:

At lunch yesterday with my wife and her female friend, after taking our orders, the waiter said "You ladies can help yourself to the salad bar."

That struck me as pretty odd at the time and I commented to my wife about it.

Today I realized that their lunches came with the salad bar, mine did not.
