I would say see a therapist. I have and she is good.
She has helped think things out.
Not that you will not get there but just talk to a professional.
I love breasts and now have A size breasts would love D cups breasts.

Vijay,
the answer to that is far in the future. no one here is qualified to answer. whether you do or don't is one you have to make with help from professionals.

No, Vijay, it is not necessary. But make sure you understand the meaning of the word "necessary". You may choose to have a sex change operation some time later in your life. More important is the way you feel about living as a man, or living as a woman, or living as a crossdresser or Transgendered person. Talking helps- a lot.
So talk to us- why would you think it is necessary to have a sex change because you have breasts? No one is trying to cut you down or tell you you are wrong- just talk to us and get some opinions of people who have gone through sex changes, and people who have breasts and have not had sex changes.
Talking to people here on Crossdressers is cheaper than talking to a therapist, and some people here feel you have a better chance of getting good advice than from a randomly selected therapist. But no matter what- talk it out a LOT before doing anything permanent.

Are we being trolled?

I'm sure that Vijay's question is genuine.
Vijay, I'm quoting from medicinenet.com:
http://www.medicinenet.com/gynecomastia/article.htm
Gynecomastia is enlargement of the gland tissue of the male breast. During infancy, puberty, and in middle-aged to older men, gynecomastia can be common. Gynecomastia must be distinguished from pseudogynecomastia, which refers to the presence of fat deposits in the breast area of obese men.
Having enlarged tissue of the male breast is not related to gender issues. If you believe that you are a woman born in the wrong body, however, you need to consult a gender specialist so they can help you determine whether or not you will want sexual reassignment surgery.

Aim a little higher! Your brain will tell you that, not your breast's!
