I never heard of such a thing, and then I just heard an ad on the radio. I guess they last as long as a normal lash (10-12 weeks) and costs $60. Might be good for those with short lashes that can never quite pull off the femme eyes

These have been around for years - I have some I bought (with a special glue, and a special remover is need to get them off) about 3 or 4 years ago. I know someone who got these done, and they were coming off within a day or two. They do need to get touched up a lot.

Now, an eyelash perm - I am SO close to getting that done :)

Once again, not only is everything old new again, but Angeleños are on the cutting edge of trends - and trend recycling...

I read this (http://www.latimes.com/technology/la-et-lashes29oct29,1,4990179,full.story) in the LA Times (it predates the Chi story) and I think some of you girls might enjoy it... :)

After reading this link, am I the only one thinking ripoff? I mean, you spend $200 for this, and then:

You have to get a touch up after 2 weeks (for another $50)
You can't use mascara, or remover
You can't use hot water for 48 hours
You can't sleep on your side or stomach
You can't use an eyelash curler
You have to use a certain kind of eye liner
You can't let oils, removers, or creams touch them
You can't pull on them, or touch them
You need touch ups every 2 weeks ($50 each)

I just use regular false eyelashes. Can take them off when I need to go back being a boy. Costs less than 10 dollars and even cheaper than that.

'but if you buy such n such' then thats ok..... talk about a load of rubbish........ you can't use such n such products because it's bad for your lashes, but you can buy this..... at $25..... which is extorsion...... because that one is ok!!!! pfft!!
