A lot of good info in both posts. :)

I read through the SRS guide. It's a little frightening, but I'd go through with the surgery anyway if I could.

Also, from what I understand, there's a new(er) technique for BA that alleviates a lot of the risks of loss of nipple sensation.
The surgeons can go in through an incision in your underarm.
