HRT is a gamble at best. It depends on what your genetic make up is and the age you started taking it. Some have excellent breast growth while others don't get much. 2 months isn't much time in the breast growing game. That being said, I do not see in your OP where you are taking Spironolactone to block Testosterone which builds the body to look male. Testosterone will need to be stopped. At some point in the 6 months you should see or feel something happening in your breast. If not, consult your doctor. Maybe the dosage needs to be increased for you or maybe the way your taking the hormones needs to be changed. Or maybe, you are just not going to get much breast growth.

It wasn't until about 2.5-3 months in that I felt anything in my chest and at 5 months in I can only see some boobage.

My doctor suggested something may happen within 4 months or so.

Yup, close to 4 months for me. But closing in on a year now the difference is really obvious.

Patience is a virtue in this. Your breasts are not going to grow any faster than would happen with a natal female. 1 - 2 months is really early in the process. You'll know it when things get going: it will hurt. I mean your nipples (first). Do not be alarmed if the growth, once it starts, stops occasionally - that is normal. Also, your breasts may grow at different rates. In the end they will even out mostly. There is normally differences in size and shape between the two sides.
One little bit, you will not see any actual change in your bone structure. Maybe after many years of HRT, it might change some ... but very little.

thank you beautiful ladies,
as Charlene T said. Is it going to hurt permanently or it will just be there for a small span of time ??

permanently painful nipples is the curse of womanhood!...........OK just kidding, it goes away after awhile, at least mine did. Now they are very sensitive in a good way!

It really does depend on the person. Mine ache dully a little bit every now and then, not what I would term hurting. Also lefty is ahead in the size race. :)
