An emotional couple days

I am starting to cry and not really sure why. The last couple days have been more of an emotional roller coaster than anything.

It started yesterday. I had a meeting with the owner of the place where I work. The short version of the conversation was that due to legal concerns I was not allowed to use the women's restroom and instead I have to use the bathroom in the manager's office. This kind of seems as a step back for me. Also, something is being done about the person who has been bullying me at work lately.

On the flip side, Today was ok. I went to the state park today, put on my swimsuit, and just swam for 2 hours. It was relaxing.

On the flip side, I am now working on getting my name and gender changed(on my driver's license.)

You may wish to have a gander at these 2 web pages. Your workplace is subject to OSHA jurisdiction, that is undisputable and OSHA has regulations regarding toilet facilities. Depending upon your access to the facilities on your manager's office, that solution may be in violation of OSHA rules.
I do not know if you are in a Union, but the Union would help you, if you are a member.

I have to use the mens until I can get SRS- which may be years away. The state law leaves it up to the company to decide which restroom I can use.

change your name and gender marker and put this nonsense behind you! before you know it you will be getting kicked out of men's rooms

Transitioning can be such a stressful thing with so much going on from all directions, it is a pressure cooker! + with the estrogen, there are going to be some tears.
