Currently, I am taking meds prescribed by my physician. I have been taking them since April 3 and have been feeling really weak and tired as of lately. I am moving slow thru my transition and am curious of what others may have gone thru. Any input is appreciated... Hugz

Check with you physician as some medications and have those exact side-effects.

This sounds to me like quite common side effects as your body starts to undergo changes. You no longer have
so much testosterone in your body, so that will cause you to feel weak & fatigued. FtMs report the opposite effect
when they start on Testosterone where they feel they have tons of energy to burn. And now you know why girls
like their sleep. But if you feel overly concerned I still suggest talking to your doctor to give you more peace of mind.

Any blood pressure medication like spirolactone can cause you to feel this way

Even though you are on precription medications, they can still have unwanted side effects. A lot of medication combniations can cause the aches and pains. If it is in conjuction with transitioning, spirolactone, androcur, finasteride, and avodart are all T blockers and will cause aches and pains. Contact your doctor and have your medication adjusted.

Spirolactane is what I am currently using with estradiol. It has been 4 mos. and I am taking things slow. By moving slow might make me feel like this for a longer time. Uggg... Not sure I can deal with being tired each day... I am so used to getting up and moving. This is what I have always wanted in my life though, to be true to me. Sometimes that is easier said than done. Thank you all for your inputs.

This FtM Guy points out what happens when transmen start on Testosterone,
and it will highlight why MtF trans women feel so tired and lethargic all the time.
