I am so excited I can't see straight. In exactly 2 months as of today, I will be on a plane heading to Bangkok!

So cool for both of you!

But Traci please be careful during the next two months - on those days when you can't see straight it might be good not to drive an automobile nor operate heavy machinery!

Pre op for SRS is like taking drugs that can make you drowsy. Do be careful while driving or operating heavy equipment.

We don't have the same doctor but we will be close to each other and hopefully seeing each other before and after.

I think we are both going to be in the Piyavate Hospital at the same time,
not sure how close we can be to each other. My surgery date is the 10th
and Traci's is the 11th. So we should be really close for those 4-5 days.

Thanks girls! I am really excited but believe me when I tell you I have no illusions of a cake walk. SRS is very serious business and not to be taken lightly.

Recovery will be long and sticking to the letter of the law on actions my doctor demands I must follow and perform daily for a long time to come is going to take absolute discipline and total commitment.

But for those of us to walk this path in our journey, it is a blessing well earned.
