Hard to word this correctly without sounding creepy, but does anyone else find envy in girl's jobs that most find degrading. i don't know why, but strip clubs, sleazy restaurants, and any other places that subjectify women don't bother me like they should. instead i find myself in envy of the person doing the job. maybe its the attention you get. does anyone else feel this way? i'm not super proud of it but i don't lose sleep over it either =) . so fun question, either now or in the past what would have been your secret dream job!?

witty bar wench is always a good decision. well me personally i have no problem with it, i have stripper friends and others that work at hooters and they have no issue with it, but alot of other girls say it makes them s***, but i am not hear to pass judgement. especiall after hearing crossdressing makes you a "f**". i just find the jobs cool.

I would be a high class prostitute. £1,500 for a weekend, £3,500 for a week. For that you get a gorgeous girl on your arm to take you to the best night clubs in town and then…………..:heehee:

And I make breakfast for you too!:)

When I have thought of some jobs I would like to have if I was a girl, a hooters girl and stripper were two of my choices.:)

We can all have our fantasies and what you say is not creepy.
There are a lot of girls like those jobs.
They are theatrically aligned and like acting.
Even prostitutes have a positive outlook on life.
I agree some are subjected to these professions unwillingly or forced by need.

From the moment we're self aware, other males (and sometimes even females) let us know that being in any way feminine is a bad thing. Even the media, where you will see obvious demonstrations of males using feminine descriptions of another male to insult him. The military, and sports arena, where sergeants and coaches routinely call the male players 'ladies' to imply that they are weak and stupid. 'Don't be a pussy' is another commonly tossed around insult. When you grow up with that it's a natural progression to think that being girl-like is a terrible, degrading thing (BTW, I work in a 'feminine' occupation, and until I took the job, heard all kinds of uses of my job title as insults used by males towards other males; after they found out I took the job, not another word was ever said TO MY FACE, but I know damn sure nothing has changed by the way men continue to use other female professions where a man works as the butt of jokes; NOTHING HAS CHANGED). Even women at work occasionally slip and refer to one of the guys who works at my company as a 'girly boy' even though there's nothing girly about him. So I KNOW what goes on behind my back. Women to a lesser degree get similar treatment when they do something a bit too manly, and are subject to the similar ridicule; should a woman take on what has traditionally male clothing and do a job traditionally done by men, it's not unusual for at least a few people to call her a dyke, and openly wonder about her sexuality. The world can be a pretty crumby place sometimes, with all the a$$holes in it.

I had to add this; there's no way to stop it. One guy I worked with years ago was an athlete, and an instructer in martial arts. Same job title as me. Did that do anything to change people's minds about guys in my job? Nothing of the sort, it was routinely thought that he was 'over compensating' for his supposedly suppressed feminine subconscious feelings'. We simply cannot win.

Something about that short waitress uniform with the top two and bottom two buttons undone at that little corner restaurant. If there's a little older women working there you could score a little piece of slip from where the two bottom buttons are open. WOW! I wonder where i could get me one of those.

Probably a lot like Flicker. At first its fun then you get tired of a constant stream of wierdo's wanting to interact with ya.

Not a lot of jobs can pull $1000 a night cash (hence the possibility of no taxes....)

I don't know if I really admire the job so much as the girls that are able to do them. I mean I wish I had the body, the face, etc to pull it off. I may not be a dancer but I would definately have my secret stash of **** clothes !!!

If you Neanderthals had to actually DO the work of a sex worker or a prostitute you might just change your minds in a hurry. There is NOTHING sexy or romantic about any such work.

Pimps beat their women when they don't turn in enough cash. Sex work is exhausting and degrading and although the hourly pay can be good, it's not steady.

And waitressing in a revealing outfit? Yeah, right. On your feet (in heels with your fantasy) all day long, getting slapped, pinched, felt up, not tipped. Sounds like a nightmare, not a dream.

We may be Neanderthals but you obviously no nothing about high class prostitutes.
They know what they are doing, they are beautiful, highly intelligent, multilingual, travel the world, and earn a fortune!

My aspirations are a bit higher.. Woman CEO would work. I made it as far as Controller before my priorities changed to child raising. I do know a couple of girls who stripped their way through college. One is now a pediatrician, the other just passed the Nevada Bar Assoc. Sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do

On the serious side, no to the question. It's whatever floats your particular boat.

Sorry, I'm trans but I'm also a feminist and hoping for a better world. . . If someone wants to do those jobs, then more power to them though.

I envy the attractive, sexy appearance of some of the strippers I have seen when I was younger (haven't been to a strip club in years), but I always felt degraded as a customer in these places. To the dancers, you are just a sucker with a wallet. I think the burnout rate in this type of job is very high.

I have too much respect for women to think that any of these jobs are attractive or glamorous.
I have too much respect for myself to think I would enjoy any of these jobs.

When I was younger a sex worker or stripper but now I know what those jobs are really like. Retired with a good pension would suit me fine. OK a very good pension, like a Member of Parliment or a corperate VP get.

In your dreams, Suzy, in your dreams.

Now tell me, out of ALL the prostitutes in the world, IN THE WORLD, how many do you think happily travel the world and earn a fortune. No, you don't have to answer. I know the answer already. It's precious few. And it CERTAINLY doesn't justify the exploitation of the thousands of women in the sex trade.

Calling you a Neanderthal was impolite and I apologize. But it's not ME that doesn't know anything about prostitution and the danger and misery it produces.

i enjoyed everyones responses. a few made me laugh! like the nude model forever remembered on canvas. in an artistic setting i think that would be amazing! and as for prostitution i think suzy is right! high class escort services, not just a corner stander. it is terrible what people do to prostitutes unfortunately.

I have fantasied about these types of jobs, stripper, model, cheerleader, burlesque dancer, etc... I believe the appeal of these careers in the fantasies of CDs/TGs and even GGs is definately not in their social status as in much as in they are carees that showcase the female body. The main requirement for these jobs is feminine beauty. And the main activity in these jobs is exhibating this beauty. Since achieving the best feminine look is the goal of most CD/TG it isn't at all surprising that many of us to fantasies about these jobs. What better validation can the world offer then standing before it and it acknowledging you as a beautiful woman.

I would like to dream that I'm a stripper, actress, or something where I can show off as much as possible, then I realize that I'm just an old blonde dame, which isn't too bad.

'feminine' occupation ... my job title ...

Can't guess, won't criticize (living in a glass house myself). Will you say?
