breast forms are they worth it?

Am looking to get some breast forms just not sure if they are worth it. If I am going to buy I will get self adhesive forms. Are they any use?

I just got mine from Janets closet. I love them. I could have gone a size smaller but I am waiting for a new bra to be delivered and I will see how they do in that. They fell right and look great too.
