I am thinking about getting a urethral repositioning, Also scrotum and penis removed, but no vaganal opening, or just have repositioning and keep boy parts. Would like to get nice breast implants to go with natural lower curves I already have. Would I be TS if I got rid of penis and scrotum without getting vagina opening. would still be flat and smooth there and dress w/o tucking or gaff.

Sorry to have to tell you this, but TS's are born not built. Personally I think that this should have been posted in the "WTF is wrong with you" section, but each to his own.

You either identify as a man, as a woman, or a combination of both.
Birth males who identify as women, and birth females who identify as men are transsexual. Like Kelly said, although it may take a while to get past social conditioning to fully realize one's gender identity, this is not something that one "grows into". You are born this way.
If you have a strong desire to have a different body and it is not rooted in sexual fetichism, I suggest making an appointment to talk to a gender specialist to help you sort through your gender identity, if you are not sure what it is.

I think you would have a very hard time finding a doctor to do that surgery.
Hmmmmmm, hence safe heaven...lol, I appreciate your honesty in the question, however........................Body modification is just that, all the surgeries prescribed to TransWomen are called reconstructive surgeries for a reason, they represent repairing defect obtained at birth. What you are describing falls under extreme body modification rather far from TS issues.

I think someone needs to reposition your brain not your penis.
Go see a shrink as Reine suggested.

I think this sounds more like a CD's "pink fog" than evidence of Gender Identity Disorder. Transsexuals are born not made and no amount of surgery can make you TS if you are not already. This is also the error made by those who give credence to Charles Kane's ranting - he was never TS but he used his money to bypass the checks and balances that are normally designed to avoid the kind of mistake that he made apparently on a whim.
would still be flat and smooth there and dress w/o tucking or gaff.
This reference strongly suggests to me that it is all about the clothes and nothing about the gender.

I don't know about the TS part but you'll be deformed. Is this for real? If it is you need help fast like Reine said.

yes Kelly, I understand. Most TS' will tell you they are TS....it's been there all along. It's all good and true.
People like me, when it comes to transition are like "should I/should I not?, should I/should I not?,should I/should I not?......repeat a couple of thousand times. I wake up in the morning feeling one way, and later feeling the other. In the end I have to find what's best for me. My tranistioning/transitioned friends don't feel the same thing.

Sounds like some buying a car and adding options. It isn't that this person wants to save money because this PU would be as expensive as vaginoplasy (although probably finding a surgeon would be easier) and keeping the boy parts? One too many "TS" porn movies or "Nullo" fantasy. Except "Nullo's" don't reposition the urethra.
Why are we seeing so many more fantasy posts on this site recently?
I say go for it!!!!!!
OMG! I busted out laughing in Starbucks when I read this! :lol2:

I get it... sometimes it's apparent, sometimes it's not, some times it takes longer to figure out. As far as actual transitioning goes... Sometimes people are unsure, or they have other obligations to think of first. I am not a member of the "you're not a woman unless you fully transition squad".

I totally get that you don't want a vag-anal opening. I am not sure how to reposition your urethra and keep the boy parts and be flat and smooth. Where would you go with it? You could try tucking your penis and stitching the sides of your scrotum together over top of it. I would use cross-stitch it holds exceptionally well and looks pretty. You would not have to tuck or gaff anymore. You could call it a Trans Scrotum (in short TS) and you could start a movement.
Otherwise, I am with April you should really totally go for it.

Emphasis on the pronoun, of course. :heehee:
... I would use cross-stitch ...
CROSS-stitch - as opposed to trans-stitch. I get it, Kathryn.

Just do it, you know you want to. Then grow lots and lots of hair, right to the floor and then people can call you "cousin IT" and you won't be offended.

Really hard to take this question seriously, as you can see. You are thinking, therefore you need some help with your thinking. Ignoring the surgery question, and because of it, you are not TS, and will not be TS after it.
Think again.
