Posture Tips For Crossdressers

Found this list of posture tips for crossdressers on another forum. Anyone seen this before? Does this make sense?

Yeah, u can memorize and practice all of that or, do what I do! Wear 4+" heels! It immediately changes my hunchback, old male, posture to fully uprite, shoulders back, chest out, female posture! GREAT for my bad back, too!
