I can have my own wedding!

After hearing about Crissy getting "married" I put the suggestion to my SO about us having a mock wedding and she said ok! It wont happen for a while yet but she is happy to be the groom and I be the bride. I'm really happy and I've already been looking at dresses hehe. I have spoken to a GG friend and asked her to come dress shopping with me when the time comes and to be my maid of honour.

It may be a few years away but it means I can dream about dresses even longer.

Anyway I just had to share as I'm so excited even though we've only just discussed it :D

She does want our real wedding to be bride and bride. But that wont happen as I'm not out to everyone and I would just feel uncomfortable. I just want to do a mock ceremony so I can be the bride. I'm going to love planning it and especially going dress shopping! I might take alot of female clothes on the honeymoon too. That will be a good time to dress where nobody knows me.

Hi Kimberly. You never know, perhaps by then you'll be out enough to do it!

Also, have you thought of getting a custom wedding dress on ebay? The prices don't seem too bad considering they are custom dresses. If I remember, some just under £100. You want your big day to be special.

As for my dress that's a good idea. I have a design in mind but I don't want to spend lots on something like this. I might just look around when I'm in bridal shops and then get something similar that's cheaper. It is a special day but being the bride in a beautiful dress is what makes it special for me. I just want to be the bride, that's all.

And I will try to get a photographer. Definatly want to remember my big day :)

Also, I don't know how private this wedding will be but are you going to get your makeup professionally done? Maybe from a CD agency that specialises in making you look as fem as possible?
