Hey ASHLEY,

If you are referring to Herbs which are natural ingredients, I have been taking them on and off for 2 years. They make little difference if you are looking for a C size bust.
The prescription type is more effective but comes with a MAJOR WARNING. Get them prescribed by a Doctor only do NOT take them on your own.

There are many different websites you can find that claim all sorts of stuff but becarful not to expect alot out of anything herbal.

I don't buy the natural hormone premise that "natural = safe" and "pharmaceutical = not so safe" If it's feminizing, then it's close enough to estrogen that it's going to have the same primary and secondary effects, both good and bad. Speaking from my own personal experience, herbals made me feel sick and didn't do a bit of feminizing. The estridiol I used for a while did have some feminizing effects before I quit using it and no ill effects. Premarin is "natural" estrogen if you are synthetic estrogen adverse. Premarin also works, while I have not heard a lot of positive reports for the herbals.
