I had a dream.

A couple of years ago I had a dream where I had just got married to a beautiful blonde woman, who as far as I know I have never met. BTW, I am not married, and have never been married. When ever she introduced me to anybody, she said, " This is my wife".

When I woke up, I had an instant feeling of euphoria, and a sudden realization that I am a woman.

Has anybody had any similar dreams?

Lots of dreams about being in female situations.
Later in life I have been able to live sone of those dreams. :)
For me life is generally good.
I dream that life will improve for everyone else as well.

Good question. Dreaming as a girl has only happened with me less than a handful of times, but in many of my dreams, I don't have a decidedly male role either.
