Well it's in English, so that's going to skew things, plus it's probably being discovered via word-of-mouth, which also will affect who's finding it.

Its a pretty basic poll and shows very little except to confirm that most of us share a common history and are not quite as unique as we thought we were.

The only statistic which I thought interesting was the second question about the age you began which showed the largest group where the ones who began shortly before or after puberty (10-15 age group). I have observed a certain peer pressure in the CD community to prove that we were born this way and remember incidents in early childhood, which when described always sounded to me more like innocent child play than examples of crossdressing behavior. The poll shows 73% started after the age of 10 which contradicts the idea we were all born this way.

It is a shame that a poll like this which has got 700 respondants could not have asked more interesting questions.

These poll's are always interesting. But they never really do get to the point of why we crossdress or why we are the way we really are . So it does kind of almost always leave you hanging wanting much more really to explain it much more. Oh well!. Suzy!.

Uh - Huh

The results are interesting and I need a little more time for mine.
I am so very surprised at the proportion who have been "caught out". I wonder if this may be taken as "read when out" or "caught out at home".
I imagine the latter since so many people responding are known. Must have another look.
