Ladies, i once again pull on your knowledge and wisdom. I have small (for a guy) feet. The problem is they are very wide. I have been searching online with little success. I am trying to find some nice strappy shoes in a size 11, wide. I don't really want to spend a ton of money on them. Ebay has a limited selection and so does payless. Do you girls have any suggestions as to where we can find inexpensive wide womens shoes?

Thanks.

You call that small. I wear a size 8 1/2W female shoe. Anyway good luck, I have seen some shoe stores on the net that do carry sizes in W,WW, and WWW

You might try sexy shoes by the Leslie shoe company. They have a good selection and wide styles

Good Luck

Try Payless or Avenue. They both carry wide shoes, up to size 13..BJ
Oh, I forgot, they both are very CD friendly

11's are pretty easy to find in the New England area. Marshall's, Filene's Basement... even some of the "used boutiques" have them. The only downfall with a used pair of shoes (I have brought a few pairs to a shoemaker to clean and reform) is that unless you block them, they have taken the shape of the previous owners foot... it can easily be reworked by a knowledgeable shoemaker.

Avenue and Zappos both have larger shoes, although not necessarily the cheapest. OTOH, more expensive shoes tend to be better made and more comfortable. DSW also usually a fair number as does the Nordstrom Rack, if they're in your area.
