About being a CD? To me it's the idea to be beautiful that only a female can ever reach. The clothes are wonderful and the idea of being a girl feels great to me.

The clothes. I love all the differant looks and material womens clothes are made of. And the feel of a cool breeze blowing on nyloned legs or around skirts. The way I look when I am all made up and dressed just makes me feel better and I can relax and forget about my day. And And And I could go on for ever but then there wouldn't be any room for anyone else to reply. Just really would love to dress like this all the time.

I just love all things female, the clothes, especially the undergarments, the cosmetics, I love red lipstick, and red nails, drab clothes are just that, dull & boring. My attitude & opinions are basically female, if their is such a thing. I'm just more at ease living as Arlene.

For me...

Don't get me wrong I enjoy the clothes but the transformation part. Taking something that the world sees as masculine and trying to create the illusion it is a girl. I have no talents as in the way of singing, dancing or art this is my choice of expression. In addition to expressing a side of my personality...it's all good.

I've thought about this a lot. I think the "greatest" thing, is the inner feelings I have when dressed: it makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. It is by no means a sexual thing, it just feels right. I sort of think that no one is 100% male nor 100% female. Maybe some men are 99% male, and some women may be 99% female. I must be much closer to the middle - boy parts, but a girls brain.

I agree with Cheryl. I don't have an emotional attachment to clothing or shoes. I just feel that I am being true to myself when I present and live as much of life as I can as a woman.

The best part for me is the feeling of calm and that all is right when I am dressed. I could go on and on about the choices of clothes, make up, hair ect. ect. ect... Those are all the things that give me that fem feeling that I crave. I'm not sure that I would present 24/7 because then I'm not sure if the feeling that I get when dressed would become the mundane rather than the special. I am like most of you here, it just feels right.

It's the closest thing to magic I can experience. Add to that the calm feeling of being comfortably at peace with a version of my personality that can't be otherwise experienced. It's all very subjective. It would be nice if I could say how it helps all human kind or even my neighbors and family, but, I'm afraid it's all about me. And that may be the other side of the experience.
