I used to post often in the crossdresser forum, then posted here for a while, then stopped spending time on this site. I just want to report that I am now full time, and things are going well with my family and employer.

Things are also going well with my friends, but that is easy for them because they never knew me as a man. I used to be extremely anti-social, and avoided having friends. It's all different now.

The only disaster is the relationship with my wife of 28 years. It was really hard for a while, and we have been separated for 5 months. Fortunately, we are getting along now as friends.

Congratulations. Those are some big steps for anyone. I do not think you have to worry about not making regular appearances here. I do believe that you have some very important things to do and the most important is just living and being yourself. I wish you all the best.

Good for you Juno. It sounds like you found yourself and are now in the right place. Sorry to hear about your separation. I'm just going through that myself now. It is not easy, but necessary.

It's good news about you being full-time and that things are generally going well with you work, friends and family.

It must be difficult seeing your wife suffering in this way and I'm glad that you are getting along as friends, this shows that she still cares about you.

Others have already said not to worry about posting infrequently, but I would like to add that you must not forget that we are here for you in the bad times as well as the good.

I was not so much worried about regular updates, but my last posts were rather negative. I hate when someone leaves in distress and you don't hear back, especially knowing statistics for suicide rates with trans people.

Other than my typical marriage issues, my support has been amazing. My parents visited a month ago, just before I went full time; I was full time except for work for a while by then. One day while at work, my mother purged all my male clothes for me, except for a week of male work clothes. When they left, she gave me a gift and card to be opened after they leave, because she didn't want to see me cry.

Juno, in the future it would be nice to pass the tissues out before showing us such a touching and loving card from your incredible mother. You are very lucky to her unconditional love and while the loss of your wife hurts, I am sure you will be fine in time.
