I took a few things out to the trash this morning at my apartment complex, and there was a group of workmen standing about 30 yards away. When they caught site of me, they all turned in unison to check me out. I walked back inside and brought out a few more things for the trash - same thing. This time I waved - they waved back. Now I have to sort out how this makes me feel.....

Don't sweat the small stuff...you are allowed to have whatever feelings you have... i went through it in my neighboorhood where i changed in plain sight...also went through it my local dunkin donuts where i go almost every day!! i almost wish they took a daily picture!!

I simply love the idiom "be careful what you wish for" and as I have discovered, with an overwhelming excitement and final reassurance of being looked at as a correct gender, there is a dark side as well. But as I have found out, if careful and focused, no harm shall come my way.

I'm not sure it is something that can be sorted out but I experience it as both losing something and finding something.

I lose what I thought I had but did not and find what I thought I had lost but never did, it is like a shift in my mind.

There is a very old movie called " Over the Rainbow" where Dorothy goes looking for something only to find she always had it. I'm always reminded of the message of this movie in those moments when illusion that was treated as truth falls away to reveal truth that was treated as illusion.

The more truth you experience the more you may find yourself hungering for it and when I hear the word validation this is what I think of, you become hungry for validation.

A dangerous and exciting time that can carry you away if you do not stay very self aware.
