Today has been a big day for me! I talked to my new doctor about HRT and I will have my letter on Friday. I can get my s prescriptions as soon as Saturday.
Now the problem I can't wate to start it seems I have been waiting a life time for this and don't want to wait any longer. But I still want to lose a good bit more weigh and know it will be harder after I start.
What to do what to do!

you can lose weight ...don't use it as an excuse...
if you are willing to push off the timing of HRT over something like this, you might want to reconsider starting HRT until you are more sure of your path...
good luck with whatever you decide!!

LOL
Get on the juice girl. There won't be any significant physical changes inside of the first year. There may be some, but certainly nothing to keep you from losing weight. Besides, real genetic women are able to lose weight just fine. ;-)
Do yourself a favor and don't try to manage your physical transition. It's not possible. Just take the meds and learn to be a zen Buddhist because nothing has tested my patience more than this damn transition.
Exactly what Mel said, and if you really want to loose wait, and commit, you will do, as the old saying says: "JUST DO IT" all it takes is everything :)
