Just spent some time LMAO at a web site that collects family photos that were actually done on purpose but which are hysterical depictions of entire families with really really bad taste.
After few minutes I began to wonder why I worry so much about passing - - - I think the bar is set lower than I realize!

Only because society tells us it is wrong, taboo, depraved and 100s of other reasons. :)

The whole reason I dress is so I would be perceived as a lady. Until I feel I can do that I will limit my excursions. I am losing weight, I am learning makeup, had my eyebrows done, working on all the mannerisms and voice. Within a year I should be pretty convincing, I hope.

Did you ever watch Jerry Springer just so you can say to yourself "At least I'm not that messed up?" Yes, in general it ALL comes down to the lowest common denominator, and we just pray we're not it.
One of the evils of the Internet is that it has made ridicule and intolerance of others easy and even fashionable. The site referenced and other sites like it are hardly to be condoned by those who seek tolerance from others.
