Well, I'm excited. Although my job sucks, and I hate it. I'm overly stressed out over financial issues. I can't wait for this weekend.
First I have an appointment Sat Morning for a makeup make over and tutorial, along with a styling of my wig session. Then, I will get to relax alone at home for the next four days. So you better believe I'm going to get some serious dressing time in. I can't wait. I just need to start buying some new dresses when I get my finances back in order. Oh, and Tues is my birthday, so again, I get to party in a dress.
I hope everyone else has a Great Weekend Too.

Well this morning, I went in for my appointment for the makeup. Talked to the store owner for a little bit about various things, and the owner starts showing me some pictures of other CD's who she had tone makeovers for. Well, after the appointment was over, low and behold, one of the CDer's whose picture she showed me, came into the shop to buy some things. It was really cool, I get to meet another CDer (Maggie) in femme. We chatted for a brief bit, and she asked me to take some pictures of her and the owner together. She got my contact info, and well we'll see what kind of friendship this will lead too. So far, the weekend has been great.

Before I saw your last post I was going to say get out and don't hide inside.
Now I say the same thing EVEN LOUDER! :)
Having a CD friend is a wonderful thing. While many people are very tolerant and accepting another CDer actually knows a bit about what makes you tick. Enjoy!

Well what made it so much better for me, was the fact for the most part I am still in the closet. I joined this site, hoping to learn somethings (about myself, and the CD lifestyle), and so far everyone on here has been extremely wonderful, but nothing quite compares to actually meeting a person, face to face. I had NEVER met a CDer in person (or at least not known about) until today. It was great getting tips and advice in person.
