What changes have you made once embracing crossdressing as an integral part of your life? For example, I've began eating way healthier foods such as vegetables, whole grains, and way less junk food. I've also started to wash my face twice a day and use lotion regularly. All of this has the added affect of looking better as a guy as well.

More veggies & less junk food here also, but I still need to exercise more often.

I've done similar things, but I spend a lot more money. haha. I've turned into a shopaholic and I skip all the AA meetings!
Other than that, I'm eating healthier, sleeping stronger (deeper sleep), and generally caring more about other people. Usually I only look out for myself, but recently I've been doing a lot for other people. It's just an overall positive effect on my every day routines

Shaving more often, trimming my eyebrows, shaving nose and ear hair, getting manicures and pedicures, painting my own fingernails (clear), trimming body hair, dressing better when I go out even in male mode, being nicer to people, engaging in conversations with my wife's female friends, going out to lunch with my wife and her female friends, going shopping with my wife and buying her clothes and jewelry, and I suppose some other things that have slipped my mind.

Yes take better care of myself, lost fifteen pounds last fall before holidays and also use skin lotion on my face after shaving and before bed. Wear sunscreen more than I used to out in the sun.

I do take better care of my skin and hair plus have lost a ton of weight too.
Let's see. Eat better, better skin care, better grooming, more evenings out with my wife, more outings with my CD friends, what's not to like? :)
Oh yeah, weekly electrolysis sessions...

I've tried to make many changes in my life, but on a dietary level, I cannot kill my rediculous addiction to UTZ potato chips,, they are like no other.
