I had a drop in my sex drive, sorta.
Im a nyphomaniac so it didnt last for long, but for someone whos a not hypersexual, you'll have alot of sexual performance issues.
your blood pressure will be lower, by a noticable margin. Some people's systems pick up the slack.
I presonally have always had a really low blood pressure because im an athelete, so i have to be careful. I noticed for the first few months standing up to fast would almost make me pass out.
Estrogen changed the way I orgasmed and enjoyed sex. SINGNIFICANTLY.
Orgasms are EXTREMELY powerful, if not almost unbearable, and take alot more stimulation and foreplay/fantasy to achive.
I went from a single increasing slope of arousal to a systematic raise of platues of arousal.(Alot of genetic girls report this behavoir as well)
Coming off estorgen is a BAD idea as your body will try to fight it off, causing androngen bursts(where a overdose of testosterone and male hormones flood the body). I went off for 10 days and it screwed me over. I went from not needing to sahve, to needing to shave my face every 18hours, and a permanant shadow.(make up barely covers it) so once you start dont stop.
You will loose muscle mass and muscle power, and retain fat easier. I personally didnt loose much of my muscle power but I lost most of my stamina.
im pretty sure spiro and estrodial had a big deal to do with the sexual side effects. estorgen the muscular loss

Spiro: dizziness, light-headed, some mental fog; over time, developed shortness of breath even for moving relatively short distances. I was not able to tolerate the lowest "full dose" because of the dizziness and light-headedness. If I was a vehicle driver, or used heavy equipment, I would have had to give up either the activity or the spiro. I gather most people adapt to this in a reasonable time, but I never did.
cypro: excess stomach acid, that continued getting worse. I had to take medication for it, and by the end of the time I was using cypro even a single small bag of "All-Dressed" potato chips was enough to trigger it for me. Now that I am not on cypro this has definitely reduced in severity (but not gone away.)
