Went ou tonight

Finally got up the nerve to go out in Madison WI tonight. Dressed girly but not halloween costume type. I wore a short pink and black and white striped plaid skirt, white blouse and all the under garments. Went looking for a place to party but so many clubs were closed so I mostly road around for a long time. Finally went to Selective Video (a lingerie, book, and sex shop)on the belt line and asked if they knew of any party venues but no luck. Ended up at Club 5 which is very nice. Small crowd though. I stayed about an hour with little interaction and went home. Sigh
I was hoping to find a place to be comfortable, talk to people and maybe dance a bit. Am going to try again on the October 31. Maybe there will be a costume contest somewhere Wednesday and I can go then.. Big hug to all of you.

it was nice that you got a chance to go out and the outfit that you wore sounded real nice.
even thou nothing was going on, its always nice to get out.
too bad they they roll up the sidewalks after dark... lol :)

Go to Las Vegas, they party there all night.
Breakfast is served any time after 3 AM. :)

Sounds like a good first step. With Sunday night being slow, allowed you to test the waters. I definently recommend midweek and of course Friday and Saturday nights as those are the busier nights. I have gone out numerous times, mostly to LGBT friendly clubs and have had lots of good interaction. I even go shoping and to moves and resturaunts and have not had a problem so far. Keep trying and I wish you luck.
