Just got off work now heading home to change into Julie and clean and cook supper for my wife. I do love doing that. I thinking chicken or a roast . I'll flip a coin and see. Can I cook ? Some days are good and some days are a disaster :D

Welcome to the forum, glad you found us. As for pot roast, I like the slow cooker.
Dump everything into the pot, set it, and forget it. When you come home to a
great smelling house, it has a welcome home all over the kitchen.

All ways keep it from the stove . Explaining that situation would be impossible. Lol. Done a good job on supper my wife liked it. Doing pizza tonight.
