If your psychologist doesn't have any info you might try reaching out to a LGBT chapter. They may be able to help.

It doesn't have to be an endo. Some family practice doctors are comfortable with HRT.
I contacted a regional clinic nearby and asked for helped and they gave me the names of two doctors in their system. One was an OB/GYN the other a family doctor. I chose the family doctor and have been very happy.

I googled "Massachusetts Transsexual" and there was a medical clinic which came up on the first page. It may not be the closest for you, but it is a start. You could try calling them as well and asking for advice on other doctors in the state.

The doctor who prescribed my hrt is an Internists, basically general practice. I found him through the local Gender Expression group at the lgbt center.

The doctor that I see is an OB/GYN and she has been amazing. She also has a helper who is transition FTM and he is actually quite cute!!

Living in a smaller town you may not find anyone with enough experience at treating TS's and they are not willing to attempt it do to malpractice worries. You may have to travel the 30 some miles into Boston.

Boston Medical Center has an endocrinologist named Dr. Joshia Saver is one but you will need a letter for Hormones therapy and won't give you any until. You need to see a social worker to be diagnosed with G.I.D. soon to be Gender Dysphoria, yup reclassified. Also you can contact the Fenway Health for they have the whole team their for transitioning, so ive heard. I see the evil witch in Framingham and I know of a couple more Social Workers that will take you. Need more info im from so.plymouth . I am seeing a new Social Worker in Swansee tomorrow but I don't know if Im going to switch yet. Also there are plenty of Gender specialist and endo dr's in the Hampton area. need more help just ask.

This may be a little late but there are two good therapists in your area. Diane Ellaborn in Framingham (great raves about her) Diane Quelette in Middleton and also
you can contact Dr. Jennifer Madden in Amherst, N.H. 603-769-3308. She's a GP but is trans herself. They can help you and I reccommend going to First Event next year.
It's in Peabody in January. Google it. A great endo is Dr. Chipkin with Valley Medical Group but it's in Amherst Ma. He's excellent! They will all be at Fisrt Event except Dr. Madden.
