Ladies,

At the moment, Sarah is fixated on shoes; however. I'm not sure what style of shoes turn her on. I know she looks when she's in a store, whatever it might be or WHERE it might be. Being a penny-pincher, Sarah gravitates toward the sales. (I've never had that problem - being a penny-pincher, that is, even when it's wise to be one.)

Sarah's predicament - she's 6'3" tall and wears a 12 narrow (men's). I think she'd love to wear heels (not too high!!), but her problem is finding some that won't put her through the ceiling. (I, by the way, am 5'3", so we're already vertically challenged!!!)

I found some CD shoes online at Snaz75, but Sarah, that wench, turned her nose up at them. When I Google large size shoes, I don't get a lot to choose from. Sarah would prefer to go to the store and surreptitiously try them on, if possible, but her location doesn't lend itself to much opportunity. And she can't order them online and have them shipped to her house for reasons that I won't go into. :(

Can any of you recommend some shoe stores or online stores that carry attractive shoes in large sizes?

Thanks,
Fiona

Zappos (http://www.zappos.com) has large numbers of shoes in a wide range of sizes, useful user reviews about sizing and free shipping/returns.

Pierre Silber is also good, but leans more toward club/fetish shoes.

I'm not sure where you live but Payless Shoes and Nordstorms carry large sizes and Nordstrom's Rack (their discount outlet) in particular often has large sizes at good prices.

Marlena,

Thanks for the suggestions. Yes, we have Payless, but their selection has been mighty poor. Sarah hasn't had any luck there. We don't have a Nordstroms in my town or hers, unfortunately.

I'll sic her on the other sites. :)

Thanks for the link, Dawn. Eeeee, most of those will put her through the ceiling, but by golly, there's some there I might try for myself! Sarah has long, narrow feet, and I wear 8 1/2 wide. She has gorgeous, slim legs, and mine are chubby. Finding boots to fit me is almost impossible. :(

Thanks again,
Fiona
