Calmer

I have been on hrt for almost 3 months now. I'm still om a very low dose and haven't seen any physical changes yet but today I was filing my wife's nails and she commented that I am a lot calmer than I used to be. It is a change she is very happy about. I have noticed that I am happier and less stressed too.

Lovely post. It is great to have an understanding wife. The more often I dress the less stress I have. I'm usually dressing girly 24/7. Best wishes GF.

I feel a lot calmer as well - I have been on M2F HRT for over a year,

I have been on Estradiol for a bit over 2-months now and feel MUCH calmer. My wife also agrees with me; she really likes the "new me". As for physical changes, maybe a bit of breast growth but then again maybe just wishful thinking. Blood tests have however shown a big drop in free testosterone and PSA levels. Both are good IMHO.

Give your wife a big hug, she is a treasure to be supporting you.

It's great that your wife has already noticed the change. It is not surprising that you appear calmer since you have started dealing with what must have been just about the biggest cause of stress in your life recently - the fact that you were assigned the wrong gender at birth.

Even at a low dose, you are getting the benefit of being able to live your true life for the first time. Most people are calmer when they are not subject to constant stress.
