I haven't had a chance to play guitar on stage since my brothers passing in September forced me into early retirement. He was the lead singer in my band of some 35 years. Tommorow I'm playing my first gig since then. It's just a solo show, me, an acoustic guitar, and my voice. I'm sooo looking forward to a chance to unleash some creative energy. Since I'm doing the 'sensitive folkie' thing, I'll be wearing- knee high boots, a long denim skirt, a peasant blouse, and some funky handmade jewelery. I'll play some Joni, some Neil, and a few James Taylor, and whatever else I think of, oh yeah!, gotta play a couple of Grateful dead tunes. -I can't wait.-Celeste

Thas sounds so fun. I've done Karoke dressed a lot, but never performed with my guitar at a real gig dressed. Did you play dressed in the band with your brother too? Way to go girl
