Does your GG SO object to shaved pits or legs more?

Well, i started doing it before she knew anything about me and Cding. I told her that I just didn't like body hair (and I am one hairy person). After she found out about me and CDing, she obviously put two and two together. she is a totally unaccepting spouse. I have shaved my chest, pits, and legs ever since and she hasn't said a word. So maybe subconciously, she is begining to accept. Maybe not. But that's where I am with shaving

Although I get away with shaving my legs, my wife (who knows and is growing to enjoy my CDing) has made it clear she'd prefer if it stops there. I only shave during the fall/winter anyway. So, she gets her 'manly legs' back for the rest of the time. She prefers 'manyly hair' on the body - and I can't stand it! I have shaved the entire body in the past (before we got together) - and wish I could again.

Being not a hairy person I shave once a year my armpits and legs. When I think my legs need a shave then it's only a few hair below de knee. I'm very fortinute for that.

I'm probably in the same boat as Britney. My SO didn't really say much when I did the pits (along with the chest, back and arms) last spring. Then (not at same time, sigh), I did my legs (the old cycling excuse). Since I told her about the CDing, she's had the attitude of, "legs, pits, no way." Yes, definately more vehemently than before.

My wife is getting use to the shaved pits, but won't let me shave my legs. Heck she shave my legs for me when we first were married back in '75. She liked it until I told her that I liked it too because I was a TV.

My ex-girlfriend (gawd I have so many ex's!) and still good friend, whom I have not yet told of my CrossDressing, was fine with me doing laser on my chest, abs and back and shaving for touch-up because she doesn't like body hair. When she met me, I was shaving my pits and legs too. She told me she didn't like that look -- some manly hair was nice. When David Beckham shaved his pits, I tried to use that as a good reason -- shaved pits was a new "fashion statement", but she didn't buy it. Since we broke up an couple of months ago, I've had my pits and legs waxed.

My wife does not object to any of it. But she use to bitch when she shaved my legs for me. Then I got tired of waiting for her and started shaving myself. She is happy about that for sure. Chest is not shaved but legs and pits and face are for sure.

Short answer is nope. Shaved legs, arms, pits, the lot, all year round for a few years now. I just can't stand the hair, it's 'so icky'

Only when I'm overdue for shaving. Gotta do it at least every other day, otherwise I'm prickly!

Still trying to convince myself to try an epilator or get waxed. It's not about the trip to a salon for waxing, it's just that I hate the feeling of getting my hair pulled!

Hey girls,
I am an SO. In regards to shaving.......mine shaves his stomach, and private area. That I can handle. Pits ....maybe, legs would take some getting used to and maybe only when going out dressed. I like that manly part of him. Oh Gawd no chest shaving, I LOVE that :) However I would NOT hate him if he did it. I would have to get used to it and also compromise and ask for seasonal shaving only, as it seems a lot of CD's do anyway. I hope this helped

Danielle65 (and everybody else), thanks for the reply. I figure on a scale of 1-10 (with 10 all hair, all the time), my GF's preferences are:


Face: 2 (She likes it smooth-yay)
Chest/Back: 5 (she's impartial)
Privates: 6 (I'll get a Brazilian on occasion, and she's oddly okay with this)
Legs/arms/pits: 9 (sigh)

I think these numbers are pretty much in line with what society tells us as far as acceptability toward men's hairyness/smoothness.

My wife prefers my pits shaved, and so do I. And, if I don't keep them taht way, she get a little mouthy about it.:dance: In fact, she prefers whole hairless look and feel.

Pit shaving is an absolute. Chest recently because I hate the gray furry look(like a lowland gorilla) I really dont like body hair in general even though I wish I had more on my head!

My wife really prefers that I keep my pits and chest and pubic area shaved. She accepts the shaved legs but would really prefer that I didn't.

No problems here. My wife doesn't mind at all that I shave my chest/pits/legs, which is probably just as well as I think our family has a Gorilla gene mixed in there somewhere!

My wife would didn't object to my shaving my legs and pits but she drew the line at anything else. Amazingly she would tolerate my dressing but never participated.

After we split in 1981 (believe it or not my dressing was only a small reason we split) I lived on my own for a number of years. From September to May I would shave, wax, eppilate or whatever, everything south of my ears.

Generally I would shave my legs, pits, and pubes and wax my back, chest and face.

Girls, I don't recommend waxing your face for everyone. My facial hair is thick but not very coarse and by waxing small patches at a time I was able to accomplish. (I used to use Zip Wax which I'm not sure is available anymore). After waxing it was necessary to wrap my face in cold washcloths for a couple of hours to keep the swelling down but eerything would be normal the next day.

The nice part about it was that you could spend days and even weeks en femme without shaving and for the first two weeks you wouldn't even need to pluck the regrowth. I also only needed a minimum of makeup.

I had several SO's over those years and they all knew about my dressing right up front, in fact some of them met me whilst I was dressed.

There is nothing like the feel of lingerie and nylons on bare skin!!!

The Zip Wax I referred to came in a pink box and had blocks of wax in side which were melted in a double boiler and applied with a wooden spatula. I'm not sure they market it anymore.

My wife is ok with me shaving except for my arms ,I keep them trimmed but not shaved.
Although she wont admit it, Im sure she likes the smooth legs at night :)

Even though my SO does not know about my dressing, she does know that I shave and she doesn't mind one bit...in fact she like it and couldn't keep her hands or eyes off of my legs when I do shave. However I do not shave during the summer because I don't want the strange looks.

Over the years my wife has gotten very used to my shaved legs. The one thing she actually objects to is me shaving my armpits. At night when we are cuddling, she likes to reach under my arms and play with the hair there. Every once in awhile, if I am wearing something sleeveless enfemme, I will go ahead and shave them. Then I get the cold shoulder for awhile.

I don't shave anything. Until about a little over a year ago, I even wore a moustache. I hated it, though, and finally just shaved it off. But I don't shave my legs, arms and hands, or my armpits. Fortunately, I don't have a hairy chest or back.

I'd like very much to shave the rest, but my present domestic situation will not allow for it at this time. But perhaps one of these days...

My wife Marla hates body hair with a passion!..... especially on me.

I shave everywhere except a small area above my "you know what" and my forearms - which are trimmed short. In my past I used to wax my chest and legs every 3-4 weeks and so my body hair is very fine and slow growing which makes it much easier to keep me smooth.

My wife does not like my shaved legs at all. but she has never said a word about my pits beeing shaved. She also hated my shaved chest because it picks her when we make love no matter how close I try to shave that area. so I do not shave my chest very often. I have kept my legs & pits shaved for over a year now. I think she is getting a little used to it. She's gona have too. I like my legs & pits shaved too much.
