A good fitting bra. There are special "pocket" bras intended for forms, but they're not necessary, a regular bra will work fine. However, you do want a "full coverage"-style bra, which covers most of the breast -- and therefore will hold the breast form in better.
Here's a good bra sizing chart (http://shapings.com/Merchant/merchant.mv?screen=cstm&category=brasizing_1) and bra fitting tips (http://shapings.com/Merchant/merchant.mv?screen=cstm&category=braclinic_1). BTW, if you're between sizes, I think it's a good idea to go a size smaller as long it's comfortable. Unlike GGs, our breastforms aren't attached to the chest wall, so a snugger fit will help them stay put.

I second Marlena's advice!
A good fitting bra. I find that a full figure bra works well, and for me, I wear 38D bras for my TRS4 breast forms to give me the shape I like.
Good luck, and have fun shopping!

The investment in quality silicone breast forms is a good one for sure....as you found out. Their weight and the way they shape the bra cups make for a great look and feel. They pass the squeeze and hug tests too.
And I also second (third?) Marlena's advice. I have some pocket bras that I use, but I usually prefer conventional underwire and soft cup styles. Initially , I thought that underwires seemed to hold forms a little more securely in the groove at the bottom of the cups formed by the underwire. But, I have no problem with properly fitting soft cups either. I also like to wear my bras a little snug without being so tight as to be uncomfortable. My soft cups hold forms very nicely.
