Finally did it

Well one of the biggest things that has been a weight on my chest has been lifted!!! I finally broke down and told my mom I crossdress. She took it a lot better than I thought she would. She doesnt have a problem with it....shes not ready for me to come home dressed but she is accepting it and still loves me! She told me later that she saw it in me before but she wanted me to tell her not her tell me. I love my mom!:battingeyelashes::thumbsup:

What many folks never mention in their "coming out" threads is this -
Your relationships with people are not gonna change because you are CD or TS. In cases where things get worse, the relationship was on shaky ground to begin with. When it is strong, our be TG isn't gonna ruin anything.

My mom knows full well about me, as does the rest of my blood family. Nothing changed. We are still strong.
My step-family has a problem with it but they have a problem with everything anyways so no skin off my ass if they cannot accept me.

For JBPerry - your mom will eventually see you en femme and it will probably not be a big deal. May be a slight adjustment for her but that is expected. Soon it will be no big deal.
