Using Epil-stop & spray???

Hi all,

Me and my wife went and bought a Epil-Stop & spray kit today. It says not to use on mens faces, anyone know why? And also it says not to use on your neck? Whats with that? I used it on my feet, they have very little hair. But I wanted to try it out. My wife did a wax job on my chest last night. So the feet it was. Thanks for any info :p

It will cause a rash to spread because of the shaving that you normally do this what I experienced when I tied it Beware!!
