I was wondering if I am in a minority in this situation. I definitely do not and never will "pass". Too big and anything but feminine. I have relegated myself to dressing at home around my room mate basically just in peignoirs. However, I have found myself MAJORLY attracted to attractive and genuinely feminine CDs and female impersonators. (not campy drag queens) I KNOW they are male underneath and I am not attracted at all to a male who presents male. I do not envision anything more than treating them like a GG except some light 'playing'.
I find myself at once wishing I could look as they do but in reality, I present as a gentleman and treat them as ladies.
Years ago I sort of dated one of the main stars at the old Queen Mary, and years before I had a similar relationship with another beautiful FI in Washington, DC. show
Is this feeling unique?

In the world of transgender, being an innie, or an outie, and everything in between, We pick a spot that suits us best. Pick what's right for you, and go with it.......Live it, then decide what's right for you.

Christine, there have been many threads along this line, so, no you are not unique. However, many split between reality and fantasy. Some have the fantasy of making love to a CD, TG, TS, or whatever other titles are in use today, but in reality, know it is a man and couldn't actually carry through.
On the other hand, some definately would, but are repulsed at the idea of intamacy with a normal (as in all male, hairy chested, etc.) male.
All I will say is, "Whatever Blows Your Skirt Up!*"

After reading your post, I'm going to mention the first thing that "popped up" for me, Christine.
The word, "bi"?

I would disagree with docrobsherry. I have never felt attraction for any other male, and more specifically male attributes in general--hairy, bony, muscular, large--are a turn off for me. But I find myself drawn to some of the porn sites with perfectly feminine TGs that have retained their equipment. I don't think or feel "bi" because of that.

I think it's fairly common. I feel very close to many of my TG Sisters. The feeling itself is kind of hard to explain but I just go with it.:)

Some of the most dedicated and respectful admirers are themselves dressers that for one reason or another don't go out as their feminine self. However, they appreciate fully what it takes to present as female,so they are a nice companion.

This seems to be fairly common among crossdressers, at least in fantasy, from what I've seen. Perhaps its because we seek out someone who can truly understand us?

I would keep doing more of what you have been doing and associate with your FI friends.

This is an often-asked question, and the debate will go on just as long. The clinical answer I liked best, or that fit me best, was that I was attracted to the female illusion, and not necessarily gay or even bi. But being attracted to a CD/TV is one thing, and actually physically interacting with one would defintely blur or even cross that line.
But once again, it's a line drawn by some psychologists in a clinical study. Do whatever you want and don't worry about labels that someone else has decided to create.

Could it also be the somewhat exaggerated femininity of FI's?
