How do i remove the brand new earring studs

I got my ears pierced almost a month ago.

What i want to is add a piece from a different set of earings to
the posts on the studs then put them back in.

I dont think they are screw on backs.

Any ideas.

What i mean is i am trying to remove those original studs.

I will add the other earring to the post on the stud then put them back in.

But i cannot get them off. arrg

I just got mine done too. The backs are stuck on with groves. You have to grip the stud and the back and pull apart with alot of strength or get someone to do it for you. Just be careful not to damage your ears. It is just hard the first time you remove them. After you have them out, put the backs on and off several times. This will help make it easier for you to use them in the future.

Now i have dangling earrings like i want and can keep the studs in for another month. Boy was the left ear a pain to put back in. Could not find the hole on the backside of the ear.
