Continuing my theme of interesting events, I was dressing today at my storage shed (that I have to is another story). When I'd about finished a utility drove up behind my car and the owner got out and walked past to a shed two up from mine.
Now picture this. I have women's tops drying on a clothes line strung in the shed, piles of clothes on suit cases, lights on doing makeup, and so on. Thankfully I was about finished the transformation.
He then drove his ute passed and started to unload boxes into his storage unit. In the end I couldn't wait so out with the camera and pictures taken outside before heading off.
I drove toward his ute and, blow me down, he gave me a friendly wave as I went past. Didn't expect that - ignored maybe but not a friendly acknowledgement.
It was further proof to me that we fear reactions that are not (usually) real. Confidence comes from such experiences. It was the start of another great outing.
