Have any of you girls ever tried any of the non-perscription breast enlargement pills? If so, do any of them work?

Yes, but I didn't have my glasses on when I read the instructions. They said one pill every 24 hours, but I thought it said once every 4 hours. Now I'm having to make my own bras out of saddle blankets ... and my back is killing me.

I read the ingredients of some of those and went to the health food store and bought the herbs individually, I thought it would look better that way. After taking some of them for a while, I didn't notice any growth, although I did feel alittle more 'womanly' while taking them. Maybe it was all in my head, I don't know for sure.

I was playing with some hypnosis files for breast enlargement, and I did feel that it worked, at least alittle. If you do a search you can find places that sell hypnosis tapes and cd's for breast enlargement. There is a website that you can download them for free and burn the files to a cd and listen to them, like at bedtime, that's what I did. They also have subliminal files, I burned them to a cd and listened to them on the way to work in the car. I can post the website here, if that is allowed. I am new here and I don't know the rules for posting other websites here. I also have a product for enlarging the nips (sorry, if that's not allowed here). I do think that can help trigger some breast growth. I can post the site for that product also (it's a tasteful site, not crude or anything). After listening to the hypnosis, and using the above product, I measured myself for a bra, and I have a B cup. I was probably an A cup before.

Someone will have to tell me it is okay to post those websites here and I will respond with them.

Because of a pre-existing medical condition I'm not able to take hormones so I decided to try the herbal approach. I've been on them for 2 1/2 years, along with Spirotone, and now I'm almost a 36B. I had nothing before I started. I've read a lot about this and have come to the conclusion that herbal products work for some of us but for the most part they do not. Way too many girls have said they don't work. I can't give a percentage of how many people have been helped for for the most part it's probably not worth it. It's also very expensive. I have a couple thousand $ invested in mine. I don't regret it because they did work. I also had a very low level of testosterone to begin with and I feel that this also helped. If you're serious about breasts I would recommend seeing a doctor and doing it the proper way with female hormones. Good luck.

I'm surprised more of you don't try the hypnosis route. I have been reading and doing self hypnosis for many years. Here is my take on it. One book that I read talked about this kid who had one of his adult teeth knocked out in an accident. He was so upset, he kept wishing and visualizing his tooth being back. Well he went to the dentist and the dentist found a new tooth growing in. It wasn't full size or fully formed, but it was a tooth where there shouldn't be one. So if that is the power of the mind, couldn't someone grow alittle bit upstairs? It seemed like it worked for me.

and very few girls responded to it. Hard to believe also that of the 4,000-plus members of this forum, only a handful of us use hypnosis for feminization, since it feels so very, very nice :) !

Add your experiences to that thread, and maybe it will get started again.

I've been using self-hypnosis recordings on my computer for several years now, visualizing myself as feminine, in, um, well, all the details. I believe my figure has changed, although I'm too old to be nubile. But, I have extra stuff up there where I didn't have it before.

I've read a lot of success stories about breast enlargement using hypnosis -- I think there's a lot of sales malarkey about it, but filtering all that out, I still think it works to some degree, on some girls at least.

Yes they both work, I have had growth much faster when using both herbs and hypnosis cd.

I am also very surprised more girls do not use the commonly available hypnosis files.

Last year I was flat and 41.5 inches round underband and 42.5 round breasts, now 40.5 round band and 46 round Breasts.

Herbs, see phoenix project, they totally work, just give them time.

I would say it depends of the expectations. The testimonials where they say they got from nothing to a DD should be taken with a grain of salt. After 3 months, I experience some growth but more in the line of an A to an almost B. But here is my experience.

As a CD, I always wondered how it would feel like growing breast. It would be fun to get just enough to make some cleavage with a pushup bra. I didn't expect much, some subtle changes at best, but last October ordered the tablets anyway, 3 months supply.

Within 3 days, I started to feel some tenderness and swelling. In the back of my mind I thought it was just wishful thinking. But after a week, some changes in my nipples and areolas were unmistakable. The nipples were harder and the areolas are slightly darker. Running became quite an experience. After a run (even only 5 km), I felt my nipples like if I ran with a shirt made with sandpaper. I quickly learned that women are wearing bras for comfort as much as for support and shaping.

Been oversexed all my adult life, I was hoping it would tame down my drive. It took some of the edge off. Also I never had much sensation in the chest area before but I recently discovered that hugging girlfriends is an exquisite feeling. If it is how women breasts feel like, all I can say is that I love it. Overall, even if I did not get the DD (I don’t want it either), I happy with the experience. It is a bit expensive but I suppose it is a small price to pay to feel girly.

Which brand did you use? What you described is exactly what I want. I must still live as a man, so I don't want too much growth. But, I would love to feel the sensations that gg's went through during puberty. What I have now almost fills an A cup. I would love to get to an A+ or B-.
