Been out of the loop

I work and go home to my family. I am not much of a social person so I have been out of the loop for awhile. Can someone please tell me what these abbreviations mean so I stop misinterpreting them. I figured some like SO, drab, and dadt but others like gg I can't figure out. Thank you

You don't have to be out of any loop long to realise new acronyms and language has changed.
If you have been away 10 years or more, did you know there is a whole new language for text messages on a cellphone?
Talk about Olde English, what about 60's jargon to teenagers in the 70's.
If I go to sleep for 12 months I will have to learn to speak again.
