I recieved a message about shoes, so I thought it would be a good idea to share some of what I know to the group. So here is a short guide for finding your size and fit.
Here are some of my favorite stores that are on Ebay. Stores that I trust. Why pay retail store prices. Plus I think I find a better selection. What I like might not be what you like, just opening doors is what I'm doing :D .

Just remember you need to add 1 to 2 sizes to the womens shoe size for a proper fit. Say your mens size shoe is a size 10, the womens size would 11 or 12.
I also find that if you get into high to very high heels (5+ inches of heel), you almost always need to go up 2 full sizes. This also holds true for boots. The top arch of are feet are normaly taller, so you need the extra room for the arch and foot.
Trick for you boot wearers. If you seem not able to find that good fit. Go ahead and go up the 2 sizes, were the boot feels loose on your foot and put on some ankle socks to take up that extra room. Some times the fit turns out better this way. Better then getting boots that are to small and hurting your feet.
For the ones with wide feet, you need to find womens wide. The rules hold about the same as the women med. widths. But when it comes to wide width, I haven't seen much out there that go over a 5 inch heel. You will most likely find heels to about 4 inches.
One last note to be aware of for those that wear sizes 12,13,14,15 and yes there are 16+ size out there. Example, if you buy a 5 inch heeled pumps, some times you will get a 6 inch heel on them. This is a fairly common thing to have happen.
Hope this helps many of you that aren't totaly sure on what to buy.
