Certified Therapists in Las Vegas

I seem to be having the hardest time finding a certified therapist for Transsexual's in Las Vegas. There's a whole lot of therapists that assist in Transsexual journeys, but they apparently need to be certified to actually write a letter for HRT, and SRS.

Is there anyone that can recommend a therapists in Las Vegas? There's Dr Victoria but she has not returned mah calls!

The "certified" requirement is news to me.

I have no idea about certifications, but Roberta Hartmann Vandervoot at Kayenta has a 20+ year history with transgendered. Might try her.

...at least I was told they had to be certified. This came from a therapist that said she could not write recommendations for SRS and HRT. . . . Perhaps she really didn't know what she was talking about.

Perhaps the problem is that this "therapist" isn't licensed. There are all kinds of people offering counseling services out there that aren't licensed. Is he/she a psychiatrist, psychologist, licensed clinical social worker, or something similar?

Memzy, I know of Victoria, but never met her. Would you let me know how you like her?
I'm happy with my current therapist, and have no plans to change, I'm just curious. :)
