I had wondered about mentioning this program to VanTG, but don't have any personal experience of them, which is what she was asking for. How good are they?

It's administered through Vancouver Health, it is "the program" and they have great health care professionals. British Columbia is quite advaced in transsexual and transgender health care.

Very good source of info. I put their healthcare recommendation files on a flash drive and gave to my family doctor when I informed him I was starting Hrt.:

Anything more specific about certain Drs? I know there are good professionals but there may be some that are better and some to watch out for.
