Just out of curiosity, since we are able to choose our size(be it implant or forms) what would you be? What is you perfect size?

Me, I'd just be a moderate 34 B-cup

Really? Fortunate seems rather abiguous. On one hand I like being a guy but on the other I'd love to be a girl.

I'm a 36A/34B, mostly a 34B lately as I'm overflowing a couple of my A cup bra's. I like my size big enough to have good cleavage and still able to enjoy exercising with the help of a good sports bra.

You do realize that a 40D is a lot bigger then a 36C? Changing your band by two sizes (going buy even sizes) is pointless unless your still trying to find your band size. Its almost like wearing XL pants when a large is a litte big on you to begin with, find your band size then pick a cup size. Your band size will be pretty consistent unless you bulk up or gain/loose weight, as for cup size that it up to you.

FYI,
40D is equal to about a 36E ( or 36C = 40A), these are sister sizes. Usually you change the band or the cup size by one, to find a larger/smaller cup or a larger/smaller band. It sounds like its only one cup size bigger but its actually two, these conversions aren't guarantees just a starting point. Make sure to stick with in the same manufacture when trying this, I have bra's from two manufactures and even though the bra's are the same size one is always bigger then the other (VS).

I just "downsized"...and bought a pair of forms that make me a 42B. I still have my larger forms so depending on mood and outfit I'll be either a 42B or 42C. For my size I feel that's just right.

I have and am attracted to women of smaller stature so I prefer an "a" or "b" cup. Depending on the frame of the person closer to a 32 - 34. I myself with forms am a 34b. Anything to large depending on the person seems unnatural. Depending what look you are going for.

I use softleaves forms, but want to get realbreast forms. pricy, but can go bra-less, and/or totally nude and you wouldn't know.
realbreast forms have actually fooled true women, visually (not close scrutiny, mind you...) as well as by touch/feel.

I'm really surprised to see all the 38s and smaller. I am not large or big boned by any means but I measured and found with a 40" chest, my band size is 44. I bought forms to make me a 44C. As a crossdresser, I don't want to look like a porn star so this makes me proportional.

My wife has a smaller chest but larger (DDD) breasts so it turns out we wear the same size tops. That's a big advantage.

I'm surprised by that too.
I'm not a large man (5'10", about 190lbs), but my chest measurement is still 38 inches and I find I typically need a 42 band size to fit comfortably.
Anything smaller is too tight and cuts in too much giving me those ugly back bulges.
I wish I were as "petite" as some of the others on here - would make finding clothes a whole lot easier, especially shoes.
I curse my men's size 10 and a half feet every time I see a shoe I really like that only goes up to women's size 10.

They say that the French consider the perfect sized breast should be just big enough to gently fill a champagne glass. In America we seem to think the perfect sized breast should be just big enough to clog a toilet.

I was a 36B after a year HRT (and I looked nice), then got BA and am now a 38DD. I am very pleased with the upgrade.

I started with a 42B but I've lost a bit of weight and a 40 band size would be better. We thought B would be ok but they are just a touch large if anything, so when I buy another set of forms I'd drop one size in the forms to make me on the smaller side of B.

32 chest 34 band falls down on the tightest setting. 32 fits at its middle on a 3 clasp. However 34 front clasp VS second skin satin fit snugly.

My measured chest size is a 42. I find the most comfortable band size for me is 44, although 42 works depending on the elasticity of the band. Cup size is a 'C'.
