Does anybody have any suggestion on how to develop female voice (other than visiting a voice therapy)? I was told about some good ones on youtube and the one on this link: http://www.genderlife.com/voice-consultation/voice-tutor/
Any thoughts?

Work your voice from the top of your voice box.Males use the bottom part and speak from the chest.
Learn to use your natural voice but work on it and try to change the pitch slowly to a higher level.
At first you will sound like a cartoon but as you work on it you can control the pitch very easily.
Start low and bring the pitch up.
You will have to practice but you will be surprised how close to your female voice is to your male voice.
You will need to learn what words to put the inflection on, women are very different in how they use certain words.

Search on youtube, there was an asian guy from florida who did a terrific change of voice routine you can practice.

I pick a female singer and try to sing in a similar tone.
Try to sing the song in tune.

This lady has lots of very good videos though I'm not sure if she has any voice-specific ones:
